This December, we pause to remember the 70th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. The Greatest Generations Foundationwill be returning to Pearl Harbor with twenty-four (24) Pearl Harbor Survivors, representing the Army, Army Air Corps, Marines, Navy, and Coast Guard to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the attack. All of these veterans were stationed at Pearl Harbor during the attack on December 7, 1941; for many of them, this will be their first return to Pearl Harbor in seven decades. Our journey begins on December 3 and concludes on December 10.

As we embark on this program, we would also like to thank our new corporate sponsors, the Hilton Corporation, American Airlines, Mad Catz Inc, Stories of Service, who are helping the Foundation make programs like this possible.

Each day, we will post a daily overview as well as pictures from the day’s events. Please be sure to follow our veterans as they return to Pearl Harbor for the first and final time in 70 years.
